At Shyama Crystal Hub, every product is carefully sourced, inspected, and packed with the highest quality standards. Because our items include spiritual products, natural crystals, Rudraksha, gemstones, and energy-charged puja items, we maintain a strict No Return & No Refund policy.
No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for any products once an order has been delivered. This is due to:

Sanctity of spiritual and energy-based items

Hygiene and safety reasons

Product customization or energy charging

Risk of tampering or product swap
Once delivered, the product is considered final sale.
Damaged or Wrong Product (Exception Policy)
While returns are not accepted, we will assist you immediately if:

You receive a damaged item

You receive the wrong product compared to the one ordered
In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Order ID

Photos or video of the package and product

Unboxing video (recommended for smooth resolution)
We will verify and provide a replacement at no extra cost (subject to availability).
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund Policy
Since returns are not accepted, refunds are not issued except in rare cases where:

The product is out of stock

The order could not be processed or delivered
Refunds (if applicable) are processed via Razorpay within 10-12 business days.
